Specialized infant-milks are extremely complex products which concentrate a large number of technical challenges:

Strong degree of innovation to bring the infants an optimal supply and a full nutritional coverage of their disorders reflecting the latest advances in scientific research
The evidencing of the expected effects by the implementation of clinical trials according to the most rigorous standards
Very strict quality standards to bring maximum safety and comfort

Research and development

The entire R&D Novalac team is composed of engineers. We work each day to obtain innovative formulas that are ever closer to breast milk which is our central model of research. To do it, we work in close collaboration with the quality, marketing and scientific departments.

Novalac invests significantly each year in research and development to understand, innovate and anticipate in the field of infant nutrition.

Quality

Our Quality and Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for setting up and implementing Novalac High Quality Standards, from suppliers selection to end products controls, and from regulatory compliance to consumers care, so babies can enjoy every day the safe, top quality product they deserve.

Scientific

The scientific department intervenes throughout the lives of products at Novalac. In connection with the Research & Development department and numerous French and international experts, aware of the latest scientific advances, our objective is to propose solutions adapted to the needs of infants, to improve their quality of life and that of their family.

We are in charge of the elaboration and the realization of clinical trials in association with pediatricians, without whom no study would be possible. We also work with the legal and marketing services as part of new products launching.

The IP department is in charge of protecting our innovations in order to have a competitive advantage while not infringing third-party patents.

We continuously challenge ourselves to provide unique products for babies to alleviate them from their everyday little troubles. All this is possible thanks to our team work with the R&D department. Our work is really interesting and exciting!
