Missions
- Strengthen existing business while prospecting new markets
- Analyze marketplace dynamics and identify long-term growth avenues
- Define and execute the company’s business strategy in MEA
Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial, marketing, logistics, and administrative follow-up
- Manage and foster the performance of all MEA markets
- Promote and sell the company’s product range and especially new developments
- Negotiate distribution agreements and commercial covenants
- Enforce global marketing policies
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure markets are supplied timely
- Train medical promotion teams and maintain contact with the field
- Develop and advance relationships with C-level management in the medical/pharma sector
Profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the pharma or OTC sector, preferably in Middle East Africa
- You are charismatic, proactive, and apt at representing our company
- You hold a marketing/sales/management degree and ideally a technical/scientific degree as well
- You are familiar with international trade and supply chain concepts
- You are fully fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- You are willing and able to travel internationally (50%)
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit
