The Novalac range is present on 5 continents. Following closely every market’s needs for each reference and insuring good quantities are supplied, these are the daily challenges of our operational teams consisting of the supply-chain, sales administration, packaging and IT departments.

Supply Chain

At the Supply Chain department, we put all our energy into satisfying very demanding consumers: babies.

Every day, we advance the stages of a complex process: from the consideration of the orders to the supply of all the ingredients entering the composition of the numerous formulas, as well as the production follow-up, the inventory management, and quality controls of our products.

Sales Administration

Our Export Coordinators' team insures the logistic and commercial follow-up of a portfolio of present customers on all the continents. One of our main missions consists in managing the orders of our distributors from reception until invoicing, including the shipping organization and the management of the customs documents. To do that, we work in close collaboration with the production, commercial, quality, packaging, marketing and financial departments.

Packaging

The packaging department is composed of graphic designers who work with our business partners and contractors. We are also in charge of internal communication as well as answering all graphic needs for the marketing department.

I work for the Packaging department here at Novalac as a graphic designer. Most of my work is tightly woven with a lot of other departments, as we have to create the artworks according to each countries’ regulations, the formulas and the specifications of each designs.

The big advantage of this post is the ever changing aspect of the work, between creation and evolution, there is no time to be bored!

Information Technology

The IT department is in charge of establishing, monitoring and maintaining information technology systems and services.

We provide support and tools to business management units such as the ERP, reporting solutions and collaborative spaces.
