Corporate Functions

This team provides executive support and  ensures all the office management as well as all social considerations in the workplace.

The Finance and Accounting teams are responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, constructing P&Ls, financial analysis, payroll, cost accounting, and more.

The legal department provides legal advice and support to all other departments of the group.

We are in charge of the legal issues of our international distribution network in over 60 countries across the globe, including the negotiation and drafting of the contracts, their management and execution, as well as anti-trust issues, supply and research contracts, corporate law, labor law and commercial disputes. We are also responsible for legal and regulatory aspects regarding clinical trials and compliance.
