- Novalac Conferences
In parallel to several pediatric congresses, Novalac give some Symposias thanks to Professors in Pediatrics. These conferences allow us to understand different nutritionnaly solutions in the daily practice.
In parallel with the 24th “Rencontres de Pédiatrie Pratiques” (Pediatrics Practical Seminars) held on January 24th & 25th at Paris, the Novalac team was pleased to welcome more than 150 pediatricians and doctors to its Symposium. During this event, Professor Yvan Vandenplas, chef of gastroenterology, hepatology, nutritional pediatric department of the Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel (Belgium) delivered a presentation on allergy Non IgE Mediated. He gave to healthcare professionals some keys regarding the medical management of Non-IgE mediated condition (except Eosinophilic Oesophagitis and FPIES) in infants.

Parallel to the ESPGHAN 2019 congress held on June 5-8th in Glasgow, more than 170 pediatricians from 25 countries gathered on June 6th for our Novalac symposium. During this event, Prof. Silvia Salvatore from the department of Pediatrics (University of Insubria, Varese), delivered a presentation related to the management of functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) in infants.

At our Novalac Symposium held on June 6th 2019 in Glasgow, parallel to the ESPGHAN 2019 congress, Prof. Marc Benninga, pediatric gastroenterologist at the Emma Children’s Hospital (Academic Medical Center, Amsterdam) gave a presentation related to the functional defecation disorders in the first 3 years of life.

During this event, Prof. Patrick Tounian, Head of Pediatric Nutrition & Gastroenterology unit (Trousseau Hospital in Paris), delivered a presentation on nutritional deficiencies among young children.
